It was busy to begin, with members of staff dealing with numerous niggles, afflictions & lurgies until it was the turn of the burn. I shared in detail the process of the prognosis up until now and with some more detailed back and forth, collecting of this that and the other I was directed into a cosy little treatment room to the side of the counter. As the layers of antiseptic, jelonet & tape were applied I felt in safe hands, looked after above the call of duty for it was their responsibility and wasn't out of financial reward that the care was taken to make sure I left feeling secure that infection wouldn't strike. I would like to extend my warmest of thanks & gratitude towards Hafsa who through kindness & attention restored my faith in humanity.”
