Went into the Yate branch today after discovering my card had been cloned, phoned the fraud line and girl very unhelpful insisting I had to download the app and she couldn't do anything. I was in such a state and stressed I couldn't download it, inspite her originally saying that my bank couldn't help she then suggested... read full comment
