“Went into the Yate branch today after discovering my card had been cloned, phoned the fraud line and girl very unhelpful insisting I had to download the app and she couldn't do anything. I was in such a state and stressed I couldn't download it, inspite her originally saying that my bank couldn't help she then suggested I go down. Had to wait about 5 minutes before I saw someone but was constantly updated. When I got to see Amy she was lovely and kind and phoned the fraud line for me who were very helpful. Problem sorted, money put back into account, card cancelled and new one ordered. Thanks for the wonderful service at the bank”
