“We stayed here for a week, using it as a base whilst visiting the Cotswolds. It was a lovely place, the staff were all so welcoming and pleasant by the time we left it was as though we'd been friends for ages! The breakfast was freshly made to order with a good choice. The evening menu was small, but we ate there a couple of times and the food was delicious. The only reason I can't give a 5 is because the room we were given was right above the bar and was very noisy until very late, and the outside lights were on each side of the window and weren't turned off til gone midnight! However when we asked to move they happily obliged without a second thought. So just request to not be given room 3 and you'll have a great night's sleep. Also, our trip was part of our honeymoon and we were greeted with candles, rose petals, chocolates, and a Swan on the bed which was a wonderful touch ?”

“Traditional high street bank with all the facilities you would associate there. Staff are friendly and helpful, general encouragement to use machines & terminals as opposed to counter transactions, which sadly is the way society is going nowadays. A lovely building with features worth viewing both inside and out which made the visit that more interesting.”

“Broke down in the forecourt at the bump. Car was totally dead to the world . . Called the RAC and advised the staff. Night of 16th April 2023 staff were so nice. Offered me a coffee whilst I waited. Told me not to worry about a thing . This is now midnight . RAC arrived . Car needed a low loader to be taken away . Staff helped push the car then offered the RAC driver a coffee. This night shift team are what you’d need when this happens and your s long way from home. The RAC gave me a lift to my hotel and he even commented on the staff and their genuine thoughtfulness and care for this situation. Perfect , lovely , never drive past this station’s.”
