“I recently visited the Barclays branch and was helped by Rory, who gave excellent service. I was having trouble with my Barclays app, and Rory took the time to guide me through everything step by step. He was patient, clear, and made sure I fully understood how to use the app before I left. It was such a relief to get it sorted, and I really appreciated how approachable and professional Rory was throughout. Great customer service!”

“Stop here for a fuel top-up and to grab a meal deal in the early hours before work most Monday mornings; shop (M&S) is always really well-stocked for 0400 in the morning.

Couple of other reviews have lambasted 'grumpy' staff—personally, think they exude the perfect amount of energy for that time of the morning... nothing worse than being served by someone 'full of beans' just after you've woken up yourself.

Forecourt is always well-lit, clean and tidy... pump's always authorised quickly—they even have an electric charging station for the vegans.

My only gripe; no wasabi pea snacky bags for weeks now! I know the backside recently feel out of your supply chain IT systems M&S, but c'mon... I need them spicy peas to wake me up!”

“I used to go to this shop as a kid and moved back to the area recently. Have to say I don’t normally do reviews but this corner shop is really good as convenience stores go!The selection of goods packed into this store in such an ordeal is actually pretty amazing tbh, you can literally find most things! Staff are super chatty and can’t do enough to help you.They are always super busy with dealing parcels in and out which wasn’t a thing years ago so I’m sure an added pressure but staff deal with this effortlessly and with a smile.Also the shop is REALLY clean not like the one at the Quays which is filthy, I realise there’s probably more foot fall down there but I have noticed the difference. Thank you for a good experience ladies!”

“Just got back from asda Gloucester superstore. I had to collect a george parcel and send one item back lady at customer service amaranth I think that's how you spell her name.
This lady went above and beyond helping me a pensioner collect and send back a item . She really is a superstar. Thankyou so muchxx”
