Bought some swimming costumes for my daughter in a size bigger than she wears. Got them home and one she couldn't even get above her legs and the other barely fit. Miserable staff, no one to serve us on tills, waited 5 minutes before staff finally showed and wasn’t offered any apology at all.Disappointing experience that unfortunately seems to be shared by many.
