“We just returned from our 2nd break to this lovely hotel. Already looking to book again. Lovely room, and views. Food is 5 star . Staff are all fantastic, all staying years. Zac , Scarlett and all staff are so dedicated and clearly love their jobs. Can't wait to return again soon. Thank you”

“Usual Premier Inn room and to the standard expected. As ever staff helpful and courteous. Location excellent, Next to Gloucester Docks with all its shops and restaurants. Opposite Sainsburys, where you can get items for snacks, bottled water and milk for tea.”

“Always friendly and helpful. Good at knowing what customers need by having a stock of extras like the milk and coffee and tea.
The lady who stocks the children's lucky dip charity box is very gifted, my daughter loves the prizes that she has, quite amazing and a nice touch for little ones.
There's a small playground with a couple of swings and a slide and a climbing frame. The fence around it could do with a bit of attention but the playground is safe.
We come to this particular premier inn every year.
Location is fab.”
