“Had a lovely stayed with The Lamb Inn for 3 Nights. The Room was clean and neat. Comfy bed and warm, helped me sleep well through the nights. Considered quiet at night even though located by the Main Street and a pub one level downstairs.Service from all the staff were amazing. Friendly and attentive made us even more welcome as comfortable.Another great point was the food. We’ve been spoiled with the food there. From breakfast to dinner. Just look at the pictures and you can tell by yourself about the presentation, cleanliness, flavour and the quality. The Lamb Inn is located in Great Rissington village, a lovely little village and worth to have a wonder around during the day. Further more by car in 15 minutes there is Bourton-on-the-Water. We also did another trip to Stow-on-the-wold and Burford while stayed there.I recommend this place for you, your family, friends and it’s a pet friendly as well.”
“Nearby activities: Lots of great food and drink options, as well as parks.Walkability: The whole town is very walkable and there is a lot accessible from the hotel.”
“Visited many times, most recently: 01-03/03: have stayed in other rooms over the years but now I’m disabled we have the accessible rooms which are larger and have wet rooms for easy access. The beds are always comfortable and the accessible ones are even bigger I think. The hotel is quiet. The air conditioning didn’t work though. It’s annoying there are not many plug sockets and they’re so low on the floor for an accessible room- raise these! Also the remote control is never cleaned in a hotel- we always have a plastic bag to put it in and use!The other issue I have with this hotel are the lack of disabled parking spaces, they only have 4 and they’re always taken. There should be a space per accessible room for when disabled customers are staying. I have to use one of the two spaces owned by TGI Fridays and they’re at an angle and very small.Prices are not competitive these days- long gone are the £49 rooms.”
“I returned today from staying at this hotel for two nights after taking my elderly mum and my daughter and her best friend. We loved the hotel, the location and the food. Excellent staff especially at breakfast . Beautiful rooms with stunning views. Would definitely recommend others to stay here. The first time visiting the Cotswolds and it did not disappoint. After living abroad and not holidaying in the UK for many years, this hotel made me feel proud to be British.”

“Good value for the location etc
Rooms ok for sleeping, no other facilities on site.
Could do with redecorating tbh
Otherwise all good”
“Lovely hotel , very clean, great staff very welcoming, food was very good we only had breakfast but enjoyed it very spacious bedroom , luxury toiletries our room side faced the road so was a quite noisy, so didnt sleep too well. next time we would ask for a room overlooking park parking chargeable would definitely go back when next in Cheltenham
Rooms: Lovely room very spacious, but we found it a bit noisy as it was on the side of the road , would choose a different room if we go again
Walkability: Right in town centre close to everything
Food and drinks: Excellent food”
