I was having trouble with my Barclays app, and Rory took the time to guide me through everything step by step. Kieran in the Gloucester branch was amazing bright cheerful and full of life made me laugh. It is very obvious he loves his job and really cares for the customers and was very helpful was in an out of the branch in 5 minutes and the money came in almost immediately which was fantastic.
