I find waitrose and partners are overrated, the weighing scales wasn't working when we went in, poor selection of fresh meat and gaps galore on the chilled section, booth's stores are much better, but I find all waitrose stores are over priced and overrated, cheltenham store needs a decent refit and a decent manager... read full comment
