Popped in and bought a bottle of Sambuca from behind the counter. Served by a lovely lady called Louise. She gave me the receipt with QS code on to leave 'store experience' but can't scan code. Very friendly, professional and pleasing on the eye. An asset to any business.

The lady sat behind the till either needs to find a job she can enjoy enough to be pleasant or be given access to alot of customer service training. It's hard to imagine receiving service any more rude and disinterested without having an ongoing fued with that person! ? ridiculously unprofessional
