“I purchased some makeup in Basildon to find that when I opened the box the next day that there was nothing in it! After trying to call Basildon boots on and off over about 4 hours my husband suggested going to Wickford branch to see if they could help. The staff were very helpful and friendly and ordered the makeup straight away to be delivered to them within 48 hours. I can't thank them enough as it would have meant trying to get to Basildon again. My makeup actually turned up the next day - fabulous service! Thank you Wickford Boots!”
