“My Dad who is 80 visited the chemist today and was waiting in the queue and the shop assistant/pharmacist came out and asked what he needed and brought it to him so he did not need to enter the shop or stand in the queue and wait. I would like to say thank you very much for your kindness. I have told him many times that I would get anything he needs but he doesn't like to be a burden.”
