“I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 30 years and have always had a great service.Sometimes, there are certain items that have to ordered but the staff do so, and they are there in stock in a day or two depending on the item. Things cannot always be in stock because of shelf life etc.The staff are friendly and efficient, if they can help they will.They are very busy and sometimes you will have to wait, unless you are the Queen or as it is now, the King.I am very thankful that we have a local, personable pharmacy, who will help anybody, if they can. It it not their fault if you are in a rush, be nice!”

“This pharmacy are absolutely incredible. I’ve recently been diagnosed with Crohn’s after a 3 month hospital stay, and because my consultant needs to apply for funding for treatment, I am currently on temporary medication which is prescribed week by week for the pain etc. Even though my discharge notes are fairly clear, my GP surgery (Aegis, horrific) manage to mess up my prescription every single week without fail, even if they put it on batch. I constantly get told incorrect information or that things have been done when they haven’t by the surgery. As I suffer from health anxiety and the pain I was in during hosp was unbearable, you can imagine it’s quite a concern for me when things go wrong. But every single staff member at All Cures has always shown me so much patience and kindness, and gone over and above in so many ways to help me manage the issues. I’ve lost count of the amount of times they have helped me rectify an issue not caused by them. Couldn’t recommend more highly.”

“Always friendly and helpful, this is a great pharmacy. If they don't have what you need in stock, they try to suggest an alternative (obviously where appropriate), and they are always willing to give help and advice. They have a great text service to let you know when prescriptions are ready to collect, so no wasted journeys. They also offer service such as BP checks and the flu injection.”

“ Highly recommend this place, I went here to sit my ICI, PTS, drug and alcohol test, I also booked my medical through UKDS. I sat my ICI on their premises and completed and passed this within 45 minutes, they have 2 ICI invigilators on site who are a great help. My PTS course was held nearby as you need to have a railway near for the practical side, their trainer was great and I also passed this. My drug and alcohol test was sent off and came back within 24 hours. My medical was done at another site which was straight forward. I will definitely be going back for future tests. Thank you! ”

“I went into the Eastgate Superdrug and got a piercing done by Hannah and I can only sing her praises. She was so professional and thorough and explained the aftercare so well and it’s healing so nicely so thank you!I then went in another day with the intention on only getting a couple of essentials for my holiday and was served by a very lovely girl I believe her name was Becca on the till. She told me the perfumes on offer and let me test a few out and was so kind. I ended up buying more than what I originally went in for but now have some lovely perfume for my holiday and left feeling extremely pleased and happy with the service. So thank you girls for being so kind and helpful!”

“Dropped in today to get some throat lozenges. Bit of a queue as pharmacy assistant helped am older customer. For whatever reason the customer seemed unsure of what she needed to do to collect another prescription from another local chemist. The support and amazing customer care was so outstandingly good. The team member was gentle not patronising in any way. They offered to help the customer if they were unsure what to do. Making it clear they coukd come back if they needed to. They even went so far as offering to accompany them if they remained unsure of where they needed to go. Too often it’s rush and hurry. The older customer was afforded dignity and respect treated with great kindness and outstanding concern. I’m a London resident so don’t need to use the shop that often. I hope the branch recognises this superb and outstanding piece of humanity and kindness”

“Boots Pharmacy - Malika - was very helpful. Gridlock traffic meant I wasn’t able to get my prescription in for items that needed to be ordered. I telephoned the pharmacy and Malika was very helpful. The prescription was was a ‘token’ one and Malika imputed the alpha/numerical code and was able to locate the prescription on the system meaning I didn’t need to go there - which was very helpful. Thank you Malika. Great customer care.”

“I been there today. My experience was absolutely positive. The lady dealing with me was very positive friendly with professional attitude. When I went to the counter I was giving a number and then I was looking at the display for when it's ready to be collected. So It didn't took too long and all in all I was very happy and I was dealt with just the way I would like to be. Not coming there very often but it did look to me as they were quite busy and everyone was doing there best and focusing on the job. Didn't think about taking pictures but I will be happy to go back if I have to.”

“Pharmacy visits are never a happy time, however all the team at great Berry are fab. The pharmacist is outstanding!!!! Always happy to help has saved me multiple times when the doctors have made an error. All the staff are always happy to help. This particular Pharmacy gets a lot of hate, but most of the people that are putting that out there have moved from other local Pharmacy's meaning that this places is taking on more than there ever thought. So yes sometimes the wait times a little longer but 99% of the time they get what you need as quickly as is possible . They are all amazing 100000000% recommend to any one”
