Lovely store has a good selection of items. The lady downstairs Laura is very friendly and great to talk with:).

We visit WH Smith in Southend quite often. One of the stores assets is Laura who works on the front counter. Laura is always very pleasant, helpful, efficient and above all is customer focused.
