“We visit WH Smith in Southend quite often. One of the stores assets is Laura who works on the front counter. Laura is always very pleasant, helpful, efficient and above all is customer focused.”
“Gets very busy as there aren't enough post offices any more. There are two positions, so if it gets busy they will open the second position. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and they sell the usual packing tape, envelopes etc. This post office is housed within a corner shop, which has a small range of foodstuffs and household items as well as sweets, magazines and newspapers.”

“Convenient Post Office with friendly staff. I would highly recommend. So much better than the one on the Broadway, which has opening hours all over the place, and still shuts for an hour over lunch. Which in my opinion is so old fashioned. No wonder Royal Mail struggle against some of these rival companies.”
