“Since my bank's local branch closed I do my banking here. I actually prefer it to the bank as you communicate with a person rather than get directed to pay into a machine and the young chap who mans the counter always greets you with a smile, is helpful and doesn't miss a beat no matter what you need done; he clearly knows his job backwards. (Also unfailingly patient when you forget your PIN number two weeks running!)Modern services with old-school competence and politeness.Other businesses, take note!”
