“I understand some of the reviews around the curtness of staff here but generally, they are all mostly well meaning.At best this is a delightfully small post office with virtually no queues. At worst, you'll get curt responses - but never have I ever felt staff are rude. In my view the other post office in Slough (Upton Lea) does have staff that are rude and impatient.Located in a small convenience store this post office is nice little gem tucked away in a very old but beautiful looking building.”

“The gentleman working here is very polite and friendly. A breath of fresh air to see people like this despite the challenging times. He is punctual when opening in the morning and efficient when dealing with customers. However, as others have mentioned, the older lady needs to improve her customer service skills a little and show some kindness. Also, it's unprofessional to talk to your colleagues while customers are waiting to be served. It's a shame because this is letting the post office down and the gentleman who is brilliant.”

“I've sent over 200 items via Royal Mail from this shop. Not one parcel has gone missing (always send it recorded). If given a choice I will always use them even though they're not a main post office. Good basics for shopping. Great job- to all those involved.”
