“Our company had a major issue with DPD delivering to a nearby company and there excuse for taking the 3 parcels to the post office for our client to collect was pathetic. Anyway the man who helped us recover the situation was Saylesh from the post office who felt my pain and very kindly delivered to our client rather than returning the 3 parcels back to us. He is a true legend and thank you very much.”
