They did not fix the issue, cost me extra expense due to withholding information and missed issues that not only would’ve failed an MOT but would’ve been incredibly dangerous for me to drive with. I have already logged a complaint and am awaiting area manager contact as promised.

Although an awkward job due to nature of the car it was a relief to get it sorted fairly quickly - the only reason why not a five is that I had to make contact to get a sense of when it would be done but guess all very busy

I recently took my car in for a full service and MOT. I booked over the phone and explained that I needed 3 new tyres based on recommendations by kwik fit from a previous MOT.
