“Went to this place today after being in a bit of a pickle needing new supplied locking wheel nuts fitted instead of installed ones without a key and having a puncture. After being let down multiple times by various Southend Tyre Outfits being really unhelpful or lying they could do the job when they couldn't, these amazing guys said yep no problem. They installed the new locking wheel nuts no problem and replaced the tyre for me as well. Really reasonable and to be honest I wouldn't bother with anywhere else now in Southend - This is a proper Tyre Place!”

“I’m giving 5 stars even though I’ve had to bring my car back the same day. The reason for the 5 stars is the honesty from Jay the manager and Aaron the fitter. Both the guys were quick to show me the mistake that was made (we are all human) and get this rectified for me. I was not left out of pocket. I really appreciated the honesty. “Booked and paid online for a full service and MOT. They found £1,200 worth of issues which tbh I wasn’t suprised about lol 2016 Ford with nearly 100k on the clock. They Discounted me down to £1,060 so cant complain really. The car drives much better and stops pulling. I am Giving 4 stars because I could have sourced all the parts required asap and saved money but they dont allow that. And my tyres / Rims where extremely dirty despite a fresh pair put on. Friendly customer service :)”
