“On the hunt for some rj45 connectors and being super impatient I called Premier hoping they sold them. Sadly they did not but they very kindly offered to give me some for free from their own. I didn't take up the offer but the kindness stuck with me. When my nephew's computer refused to turn on after a failed attempt at installing an Xmas gift they were my first thought because of that call. Took the PC down there at 9am. By mid-day they had called me back, completed a set of checks and could find no fault. Great news as that clearly saves money but more importantly they waved the standard fault finding fee. Amazing. Not often that interactions like this far exceed your expectations but they have in every way, and all from that initial simple phone call. Thank you.”

“We had trouble using the one4all card.. Not boots fault but the cashiers were so helpful bless them they kept trying and trying, went above and beyond to try and get the card to work. but the fault is with one4all..”
