“Popped in to return an overheating laptop and was served by Taya and Ozzy, both extremely helpful and professional. Whilst my old laptop was being inspected for refund, they showed me a laptop they had in stock and allowed me to fully test it, giving me helpful and honest advice. They also then cleaned the laptop and reapplied the thermal paste completely free of charge after purchasing it. Left happy with a full refund and a new laptop ?”

“Always getting very helpful and friendly customer care at Boots Windsor from the staff there ( some of which have been there a long time so please keep your loyal staff when this particular branch is shortly moving to a smaller location!)It is an unwelcome move for many of your customers ( myself included!) as it will mean less choice of range of products as I have been told ( not everyone is able or likes to shop on line as an alternative).Also, as a negative comment: you have replaced all the manned tills with the self service ones, leaving just one where you can speak to an assistant when you have a query.Invariably, with the coupons to scan, machine not always functioning properly the customer has to call out for help and once again your super staff is there to sort out your transaction!Bring back some of the " human" tills please before all that technology swallows us all up!”

“Hi, customer service, i am writing this letter just let you know that i had twice service from Apple Tech. support - Krish who provided professional and competence caring support on my Macbook also my iphone. there are several issues occurred both on my macbook and iphone. also with yahoo account changed the password, Mr. Krish not only provided the competence and caring support, he took extra miles to help my issue, such as FB passwords change, he also introduced me the Apple yearly support for 79pounds a year, i really appreciate his broad knowledge to help resolving my issues and headaches. make my life easier as i am in the critical points of my life, i could not express how much i appreciated Mr. Krish's professional support. you have a good day. please award to your 1st tier support engineer.
