“they listed a pair of Wharfedales which were 50 quid cheaper than any other online retailer. was a little skeptical as I have never heard of them before. my speakers came bundled with a £20 worth of speaker cables (which I did not need), which Karl from their cust. service team managed to help me change to banana plugs instead. my order was placed around 3pm and it came promptly the very next day at noon which was amazing.Unfortunately, part of my package was not delivered together with the speakers as they were dispatched from elsewhere. when queried regarding the part which did not arrive, it turned out that they were accidentally sent on 48hr instead of next day. Karl did not hesitate to refund my next day delivery fees before even informing me about this mistake.
