“Fantastic, I came in to get some replacement game cases for 360 games that broke when I moved into my flat. Found the cheapest game and tried to buy them, when the blonde lady at the counter asked why I had 4 copies of the same game, I explained and she was so helpful, I wish I got a name for the review, many thanks”

“Range of products is very good here, it is a struggle to find staff available to help if help is needed. There was a queue as usual to pay (but no longer than usual) but all tills were staffed and staff were polite. There were parts of the store (particularly near the back) which were dusty and could do with a good clean. Overall good experience though.”

“Nice department store, selling clothes, electronics, home furnishings and cosmetics, etc. This store also has a currency exchange service and a café. The store is spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful . There is a large parking area on premises, but the spaces are quite narrow.”

“Served by Hajrah on the 25/09/23 High Wycombe store. No fuss, straight to the point. Couldn't show us the item we wanted in store but very helpful. Went through purchase and delivery options and selected deliver date. Delivery was prompt and efficient on the day with very helpful Delivery Men. Old Chest Freezer removed and taken away with new one put in its place. Excellent service all round as it should be.”
