Woman behind the counter in the mornings second time now has caused me to leave to get fuel elsewhere and be late for work. Paying via the app and she won’t authorise the pump and cancels the transaction, then saying a load of rubbish over the microphone how she wants me to pay at the till on a busy morning when the queue... read full comment
