Stopped in here to get a drink and snack to walk home with at 11pm as my bus had been diverted, this was the only shop open! I had £2 to spend most shops you can get a bag of sweets and a drink for that! But not here very expensive, most soft drinks £2:30 or more and a Bottle of water is £2:05! I couldn't buy anything and had to do a 35 minute walk without a drink!

Very much geared up for electric charging now which is great, 8 chargers in total. Toilets, snacks and benches outside for whilst you wait for your car to charge.

This station paid a fortune to install 4 charge points for electric cars. They have hardly ever worked since installation even though they are the most expensive in the area. Today I went to charge there again and found that even though the lights were on and there were no cones, none of them would start the charge. I called support and was told that yet again they were out of order. I spoke to the assistant who told me they didn't know, didn't care and why don't I buy a petrol car like a usual person? On the rare occasions I have been able to use the chargers the toilets have been locked and the coffee machine broken. The staff here couldn't care less. It's a disgrace.

Woman behind the counter in the mornings second time now has caused me to leave to get fuel elsewhere and be late for work. Paying via the app and she won?t authorise the pump and cancels the transaction, then saying a load of rubbish over the microphone how she wants me to pay at the till on a busy morning when the queue is huge. Get rid of this thing at the counter she?s nothing but an irritation who is incapable of doing a very simple job.

Opening times are not ideal.Pulled in here needing fuel at 10:58pm and the woman on the till turned the lights off and the pumps. They shut at 11 but surely you?d take the custom with 2 mins to go?

Charged £2.99 for an item purchased by a PREVIOUS CUSTOMER on contactless. Beware of till operator ineptitude! 5 phone calls, over 5 weeks and still not refunded.
