“My closest HSBC. And the best branch. I don't want to single out any of the staff there in particular. They're all great. I've been banking here for well over 5 years. And the service is far better then Basildon, Southend or even Leigh on Sea when they used to have a branch there.

It doesn't matter which day I go. I'm always greeted with a smile and the staff are friendly and efficient. No complaints by me at all. Keep up the good work.”

“Very busy petrol station. The staff could do more to serve quicker. have to wait at the petrol pumps as they take so long to serve. However they are polite and cheery.”

“Very much geared up for electric charging now which is great, 8 chargers in total. Toilets, snacks and benches outside for whilst you wait for your car to charge.”

The shop is in a great location along the high street, so it gets quite busy and queues are expected, but I never feel like I'm in the queue for very long, as staff are very proficient at processing everybody waiting in line.”

Staff are lovely so begrudge giving 1 star. So this review is no reflection on them. But this store is in a terrible state. There is never anything on the shelves and it’s getting worse. Always no fruit, medicine, meat products, frozen, crisps and also movie and games section where it’s clearly they don’t bother with as nothing ever up to date. I hardly ever shop there and now use sainsburys. But every now and again I’ll pop in either hoping it has got better or just forget. But went in today and and couldn’t get 2/3rds of the stuff on a basic shopping list of only about 15 items.

It needs to be sorted out.”
