Macro used to offer a great delivery service and if there was a problem and you phoned, they'd deal with it politely and efficiently, it was excellent service. My online business account was moved from Booker (Chelmsford Branch), where the service and deliveries were excellent, to Makro (Rayleigh Branch) and since then I have had nothing but problems.
