“I love this place because it has a huge amount of parking and it's well spaced inside. Everyone loves the sweet isle as it take you back to when the local shop had all of the penny sweets out and you would fill your little paper bag up. On a more serious note a lot of the items are more expensive than the major supermarket chains and I have to think with my wallet and avoid impulse buying as it is so easy in a place like this, you go in to stock up on an item but end up filling your trolley with loads of items you do not even need. The checkouts can be a bit slow if its busy and they run out of self scanners quickly to as there are only a handful. With everybody panick buying toilet roll I knew I could rely on Makro to have stock as you have to be a member to enter.”
