“Hoping that NatWest continues to have a physical presence here in the Town Centre. As the ease of us for the older generations who can't get on with tech. Is never adequately addressed when closing banks and branches. However it would make perfect sense to relocate NatWest to the Water Gardens Area. Where all the other Banks have relocated... moreover there is fabulous parking at the Water Gardens too.”

“Nice banking premises, very spacious ideal for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and children's buggies. Always found the staff to friendly and very helpful and security conscious. Two cash machines outside the bank and two inside which provide a little more privacy and a member of staff is usually around if you encounter any problems.”
