“My friend was in an emergency situation. Very bad. Needed access to cash ASAP. We dealt with a few people in the branch but mostly Katherine. She was extremely sympathetic and so very helpful. We had a private room to sort out our problem and Katherine was just lovely. Very highly recommended!”
