I usually like this shop however this very rude older lady in glasses on self service accused me of jumping a barrier to get a jumper which was on the end of an isle by the meal deal section which was NOT behind a barrier. I feel like she tried to make me feel like an idiot thinking that I would break health and safety... read full comment

Diabolical new shop layout, nothing in the right place, took 30 minutes to find tinned fruit. Stupid, rude staff. My 28 year old bearded boyfriend in his work uniform was not allowed to buy an energy drink one time lol
