We bought a set of pots. The first day after use, the washed and put in the drawer, the whole thing just broke into pieces by itself. We wrote to them, but no answer. I had to search for a member of staff ,then I found the manager whom I asked a product query,her response was communicated in an extremely rude manner,impatient and curt.This shop used to vibrant, helpful and had a great range of products.No longer.
