“Recently, we had an issue with my son’s new bike after he had a little accident. We went back to Halfords Colchester. We have been seen by Omer. Very chatty, friendly and professional guy. He was really busy dealing with customers queries, helping customers with their purchases and dealing with drop off for repairs. Our bike took a bit longer to fix, as they ordered a new part. But I was happy with the service we received at an affordable price, repair was done as promoted. I am happy to go back to Omer if we ever have issues with my son’s bike again.”

“I'm so pleased I used this company to purchase some column radiators. I ordered on their website and received the goods within 4 days. The quality of the rads are excellent. They even stay hot an hour later after the heating goes off!!The customer service I received from Trade plumbing was 5 star. They were on it straight away when there was a missing part for one of the rads. It was received in the post within a day. “We recently moved to the area and can’t believe how lucky we were to find this company. We love their can-do attitude and they came up with some clever solutions to various problems that we had. They spray painted our bedroom doors - amazing finish. They also rejuvenated some old pine wardrobes, a storage box and an oak chest of drawers by spray painting them. They have built a larder cupboard and a tv cupboard to our dimensions. We are very pleased with them. They completely refurbished our kitchen and utility room by spray painting the units to a very fine finish.The icing on the cake is their prompt and courteous service on each of the occasions we have used them.”
