Terrible service. Tried to take a blouse for my daughter that shrunk in first wash. The supervisor clearly couldn't be bothered we showed on bank statement but no receipt. But new look brand.

Was served by a very rude staff member today, I believe her name is Hope as that’s what it says on receipt. If a customer is asking you to check for a right size on your computer then kindly do so without telling them that all the sizes of a particular item would hang where they were taken from, as that’s not always... read full comment
