“Switched to this new pharmacy from the larger Boots that’s across the road as I was fed up with the service, and the difference is amazing. It’s nice & clean, with pleasant polite staff that dealt with me within minutes of entering the place-when I usually had to wait for over 15-20 minutes in Boots before I’d even reach the pharmacy counter and then usually my prescription wouldn’t be available, so it’s so nice to just wander in here and be served quickly, I’d totally recommend this place over all of the towns other pharmacy’s of which I’ve tried. Well done all involved keep up the good work!”

“The customer service of this Boots has really improved in the last 2 weeks. The new manager served me today and I was really impressed with how knowledgeable she was, friendly and caring with my request. If I wasn't mistaken I would of guessed she has been doing this role for many years. A credit to the company and this area.I also experienced her customer service whilst waiting in the queue. This was second to none.You may say that all of this is how customers should feel and experience but I haven't feel this over the years.I will most certainly be sharing this with my friends.”
