Second is Vanessa who I have wrote about before. She again is all of the above re my hearing aid and yesterday she, in my opinion, pulled off a miracle in repairing my hearing aid.

The optician was also very friendly and professional and put my five year old at ease. Wonderful service highly recommended. My son was fine thankfully.”

The assistant who helped me choose my glass frames was wonderful! Such dedication, patience, ensuring that I received the correct information and support in selecting my frames, I had never before experienced at an opticians.

Also, when I collecting my glasses, another assistant from whom I received help, was polite and very helpful, taking the time to ensure my glasses fitted me properly and spoke with me about the different types of combination glass I can in the future opt for.
