Was stopped from picking up an item on a shelf at 17:56 (Sunday) and herded towards the tills. I thought she was joking but stood in my way. Not in the mood for confrontation I went and paid without the main item I’d come in for.

Their stock control is appalling. I use both Tesco and Ocado for home delivery. I regularly do upwards of a £200 shop with Ocado, and NEVER get any items out of stock or substituted, yet every time with Tesco Marks Farm I have missing items or inappropriate substitutes, and it's always like it whether it's a £50 shop... read full comment

Staff are quick to accuse the buyers of theft even when they have proof of sale. I won't be shopping there again. Just ridiculous
