“Lovely local tescos, but what let's it down massively is the rudest team member. Her attitude stinks and it ruins the shopping experience when she is on shift and have to be dealt by her. Her customer service stinks and is very unapproachable. She has an attitude which always leaves me and my family furiated.”
“I popped into this co op on the way home from work and well what a lovely young lady behind the till,she had a slight colouring in her hair, when i walked in she was very welcoming and polite when she put my items through the till. What a great member of staff, we need more nice people like her. ?”
“Staff are always friendly and helpful, even the very young staff go out of their way to help you. People talk alot about American customer service but I prefer our staff when they are so good, give them the credit they deserve. It is easy to spend more money than you expected but I guess you could say when the shelves are as well stocked and displays are set up as they should be people will impulse buy... Well done keep it up”

“As with other M&S Foodhalls offers top quality food. Has a good range of products. Staff are friendly and helpful. The layout of the store is functional, easy to follow and a reasonable size. There is also a small cafe within the food halls.”

Which I understand. Store is also very organised with a large car park. Which has been sorted recently to make it safe pedestrians.”

“Such a great little convenience store. Go here most Sundays to get top up bits. Staff are fantastic, the Manager of store could not be more helpful. If something is not on the shelf he always checks the stock or lets you know when its back in. All round great service, keep up the good work Chelmsford Star Co-op!”
“Always a warming atmosphere, with smiley, friendly staff the moment you walk though the door. I think the parking on site is not their fault, it's a very small area to manoeuvre a vehicle with limited space. Needs improvement drastically. Overall the staff do their best with such a small establishment. I have been going here for over 4years and have seen slight improvements but have seen a lot of theft and harassment to staff far too often. I hope HR /CEO will see this and take some action to improve their establishment. Will continue to shop here but hope to see your response to this.”
“My niece fell over out in the car park about 11:15 this morning, blood everywhere, the lady at the till was so kind and helped us with first aid, making my niece feel a lot happier and brave, she also gave her a lovely teddy bear for being brave, I want to thank her for her generosity x”
