“Lovely local tescos, but what let's it down massively is the rudest team member. Her attitude stinks and it ruins the shopping experience when she is on shift and have to be dealt by her. Her customer service stinks and is very unapproachable. She has an attitude which always leaves me and my family furiated.”

“Often shop here as I like sainsbury but there are no bags provided for fresh produce unless you pay for the net ones. The parking is limited if you want to shop in Braintree as well make sure you don't go over 2 1/2 hours or you will get an £85 parking ticket! As I did!”

“One of the cheapest sources of fuel in Braintree and pretty close to the town centre, this is also it's Achilles heel, it is very compact which often results in having to wait for the person at the pump head of you to leave before you can leave, also they have to close ahead of a fuel tanker arriving to refill the stations tanks, can be 40 or 50 minutes.”
