Went into pharmacy today to collect my prescription which was sent over on 30th July. Woman at the front desk wasn’t helpful at all. She told me it’s going to take 20minutes for her to process my prescription even though it was sent to pharmacy over 2 days ago. Tesco pharmacy is such a painful experience. You get a text to say your prescription is ready. So you to collect it. You wait in a queue for half an hour .then to be told its not ready It will be half an hour .So what's the point of sending a text to say it ready. Lovely staff , sometimes prescriptions take a little while to be ready but I have never had any be rude to me when I have gone to ask how long. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
