Had a 'security guard' follow me around the store and make me feel uncomfortable. I just wanted to purchase a few items but they were obviously watching me. Boots Pharmacy - Malika - was very helpful. Gridlock traffic meant I wasn’t able to get my prescription in for items that needed to be ordered. I telephoned the pharmacy and Malika was very helpful. The prescription was was a ‘token’ one and Malika imputed the alpha/numerical code and was able to locate the prescription... read full comment
