“Lots of records and merch at good prices. Got some Elvis CDs but need to check if they skip. So far so good. Some T shirts available too but sizes seem small. Got some skull candy headphones too. You can try them on at the back and feel the bass. :)”

“Yes we had to wait a long while to get served but poor Kelsey was there on her own. She was efficiently dealing with 2 customers at a time. When it was our turn, she dealt with a faulty phone issue in good humour and went above and beyond to get the ok to order us a new phone. When we collected it, Tom was again beyond helpful. He took the time to set the new phone up for me as it's something I find difficult. This was despite the fact once again, he was on his own. Well done both of you.”

“Boots Pharmacy - Malika - was very helpful. Gridlock traffic meant I wasn’t able to get my prescription in for items that needed to be ordered. I telephoned the pharmacy and Malika was very helpful. The prescription was was a ‘token’ one and Malika imputed the alpha/numerical code and was able to locate the prescription on the system meaning I didn’t need to go there - which was very helpful. Thank you Malika. Great customer care.”
