“I contacted Nexus following a google search, I am a medical secretary working for a very busy surgeon, my laptop was running extremely slow and I didn't know where to go. Initially I had a visit from Jack to have a look at my laptop, it became apparent that this needed upgrading. I discussed with Jack what I wanted and Nexus provided me with links on what to purchase for my upgrade and I was booked in for data transfer. I had not appreciated how being without a computer, with working piling up, for so long would be and this was a little frustrating, but I have to say they quickly turned this around and I was back up and working again on day 5. Nadiya was lovely and very helpful, thank you. Again Jack visited and set everything up for me and made sure that everything was connected and working as it should be, thank you Jack you were so kind and I know you squeezed me in, I do appreciate that.I would not hesitate to contact Nexus again with any computer issues in the future.”
