“I had to get my battery changed today and simply so drove to my local branch the service I received was above and beyond what i expected. Firstly the customer care and advice I was given was excellent, the actual replacement of the battery was carried out efficiently and despite some difficulty, it was completed whilst keeping my updated throughout. The staff were very knowledgeable and pleasant I can not recommend them enough.

“amazing customer service, a guy didnt get his name but he came over and talked to us gave us very good awareness off what we was doing helped us alot and a very lovely man didnt get his name but it was in uckfeild with a beard and glasses, had crutches but very apreciate how lovely he was!”

“A nice superdrug next to lots of other good shops. Had an amazing server named Lee he helped me and gave me a wipe for my hand and also made sure an older lady in a chair was seen too and made sure he was on top of it. very happy with that :)”
