“Obviously under pressure trying to answer questions of possible closure that the staff themselves don't know the answer to, always the same nice lady sitting in the same counter space always friendly and hard working. Ok sometimes there's a bit of a wait but never more than 5 minutes, shame it doesn't stay open till 5, will give 5 stars, at least for the time being they are still there, unlike the BIG 4 !!!!”

“Always very happy with the service I receive at this branch. Whilst queuing outside earlier this week I was approached by a member of staff and asked if I would be happy for them to take my cheque and pay it in for me rather than waiting for the counter. More than happy to do this as it meant I skipped the queue!”
