“First time in maybe ten months or more since I had visited. I remarked how nice it still is to actually have a proper full physical branch of the bank to venture into again. I was needing to get an account printout for necessary supply to a government department. Helpful staff assisted me here as I couldn't remember exactly where I was headed to in order to complete my set task. Directing me where I should head to. Odd how easily one forgets. After all those years ago going back pre Covid Pandemic times, when I would often regularly use this branch when passing through Haywards Heath. Either for an account print out or cash machine access. Many thanks. Missing my East Grinstead branch and my local staff very much I told them here. Familiar faces over the years.”
