Staff in the Woodbridge store are very badly trained didn’t know what a TOTUM student card was as a result I was rude to the staff member. The staff in the shop are very thick has no brains and music was on when shopping not good for someone who has autism

The layout is confusing and badly designed. Every time I visit there are at least 3 or 4 of those large cages full of supplies blocking the aisles (you would struggle to get round the store with a buggy or in a wheelchair).Staff are always stacking the shelves in the way of customers but mainly just chatting and seem oblivious.... read full comment
