Absolutely awful experience. Brought £140 coat for sons bday present got home to find hole inside pocket, called store to explain and said how far away I lived and id travel back in to exchange could they put coat aside and assure me of stock replacement. Got there wrong size put aside, no stock, no apology called me... read full comment
